Ok, so I've done the searching and I found what I was looking for, but there is one problem. I have no idea what PostNuke or Nuke is and the scripts for random picture from gallery are all for the PNuke or Nuke.
Is there a way, to show a random picture from a gallery with the link to the album without using this PostNuke or Nuke thing?

Actually, I don't use Nuke/Post-nuke or whatever they are, and just plugged in the block-random.php script that's available and it worked for me. I just edited the layout a little in the code but that was it.

Hi dtdgoomba,
Can you share with me which random block you used? I have tried one that I found but I'm having problems. Also, if it's the one that I have to use the shell comands to install it then I can't do that. I am using ftp.
Thanks

Hey  that worked, just one thing though.
Do you know how to resize the picture? I see that it takes the thumbnail but I need a smaller size.
Thanks

Have you already searched the Random Block forum? I'm almost positive I saw someone asking that question a while ago. I don't know if it was resolved but I was scanning it a couple weeks ago and saw that question. I'll search in a bit if I can but am working on something now. If either of us find it, let's post the link here for anyone else...

I believe Joerg has a resizing capability working, at least for the PN version. Scan the <!-- BBCode Start --><A HREF="http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=phpBB_14&file=index&action=viewforum&forum=15" TARGET="_blank">Random Block</A><!-- BBCode End --> forum. You can get his PN-specific code in <!-- BBCode Start --><A HREF="http://gallery.sf.net/forums.php?topic=2004" TARGET="_blank">this post</A><!-- BBCode End --> and maybe adapt it to your own.
