Gallery v1.4.4-pl2

I have the following block error:

Random Picture 

Error: Requested index [10] out of bounds [3] 
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in c:\windows\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\modules\gallery\classes\Album.php on line 1113

Anyone know of a code update to fix this? This seemed to start when I created albums nested 4 deep?

I am using the block-random.php that comes with gallery.
