is this jhead error or?

I checked my error log on my server, i see over 500 times repeatly of this error shown:

sh: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/photos/netpbm/jhead.exe: cannot execute binary file
sh: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/photos/netpbm/jhead.exe: cannot execute binary file
sh: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/photos/netpbm/jhead.exe: cannot execute binary file
sh: /home/xxxxxx/public_html/photos/netpbm/jhead.exe: cannot execute binary file

How I cna fix it?

It looks like you installed the Windows binary (jhead.exe) on a Unix machine. That's not gonna work. Try installing the Unix binary instead and specifying the path in the config wizard.

All fixed, next error I am facing right now, every time I see a rnadom block on my site I keep seeing like this:

http://www.transitgallery.com/photos/alubmname/unknown

Why I see something like this? How I can remove this error off and not happen it again?
