hi there!
newbie here - and confused! :roll: got a few error messages coming up - could someone please take a look at [url]http://bellybargains.com/gallery/setup [/url]?
I don't have a clue!

Melaus, what error messages? Everything seems pretty good to me, exept the one missing locale, thats just a warning you can ignore.

http://gallery.sf.net/docs.php is a good starting place. It's all there.

it's over my head - have done what i think is right and its not working

ok have fixed the warnings - now it's just the album dir and the temp
i have added them but gallery doesn't recognise them?
any ideas?

Melaus, read the docs! You need to create the albums dir, and create the config.php and .htaccess file. The error message you get does mention that, AND all this is covered in the documentation we have spent hours on creating...

I'm sorry, but I get a bit frustrated sometimes, especially since all of this is covered in the documentation.

Besides, I can't create it for you, since I would need to have access to your server. And, that would be a paid-support option. :)

omg!! it works - I only sat up nearly all night trying to figure it out.
didn't realise that it was case sensitive! :o

Melaus temp is probably /tmp
Albums

My bet: /home/bellybargain/www/albums if you made it "beside" the Gallery dir, if you made it inside, my bet would be /home/bellybargain/www/gallery/albums

Anyway, glad you figured it out!
