Adding a Comment IP Filter

	After a recent unfortunate incident with my wife's gallery, I though it would be nice to have a filter by IP type feature, where certain IP addresses/hosts would be prevented from adding comments to photos. Sadly, it seems blocking comments from (*.aol.com) would have prevented someone from making nasty comments about my wife's wedding photos.

	sorry about your unpleasantness. can be nasty. [btw, I hope that it was yours and your wife's wedding photos ] http://gallery.menalto.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=4127 or upgrade to 1.4.1, turn on email notification and just remove nasty comments as they appear
