Grrrrrrrr... I finally got video clips working perfectly with the help of Suprsidr, when my host company did a resync of my account last night and now when I try to play video clips I get a message No video with supported format and MIME type found!!!
When I upload a new mp4 file to an album FFMPEG adds an image in the album, watermarked and all, so ffmpeg is finding the file and using it but the player will not playit.

What could they have done? Any ideas I can shoot at them when I call them back?
Anne

I only have five videos on the site and I was so happy to see them finally work correctly thanks to your help.. and then bam.... The URL to one video is below.. The album has two videos in it.

your htaccess may have been rolled back. try re-saving gallery's rewrite settings.

SUPRSIDR dose it again !!

How in the world did you think re-saving the rewrite page again would fix that problem ?
