white home page after deleting basket module

I need some help here, I was trying to install the basket module and had uploaded it - but it did not show in the modules section of gallery 3 - I tried another upload - failed again so I deleted the module via ftp. Since then all I have is a white home page - nothing else. I have checked the sql passwords etc and they are fine, tried changing to mysqlt from mysqli - no good. I am something of an amateur here and have so far not heard back re paid support - does it still exist? All simple suggestions will be appreciated. Colin |

Clues to blank pages should be seen in the servers error log. If you don't know what that is your host will.
