Reset password without email

My website was set up by someone else and it appears he has used his own email as admin for my photo gallery. I could not access it so I reset the password but no email was sent to my account. The gallery is a key part of my website and I need to access it urgently. Is there anyway to reset the password and email? I am a quite well known war reporter so a simple google search can determine the website is mine and the photos within the gallery. Thank you for your help.
