Sizeproblem for thumbnails theme wind

I have a problem with my thumbnails, they all differ in size depending to the resolution of the picture. Not nice at all how to get all thumbnails in the same dimension ?

I don't understand. URL? You set the thumb size with the theme options. Admin -> Appearance -> theme options.

I don't see an issue. All your thumbs are 100 wide and depending on the original aspect ratio the height would be different.
If you want them all the same you have a few choices:
1. Upload them with the same aspect ratio.
2. http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:square_thumbs
3. http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:rectangle_thumbs
