Maintenance: Repair gallery very very slow

Hello,

I have move my gallery on a new server with a new domain name.
I have export-import sql database: ok
I have export-import /var/albums/* and /var/resizes and /var/thumbs

When i go in my gallery, i can size thumbs for albums and images but not the image itself (just a link with the picture name. when i click on this link, it's seem broken)

Then i try Maintenance and "Repaire Gallery" option.
At the beginning it is very very fast.
But from 140 000 operation (approx.) it's very very slow: only 2 operations for 3 seconds.
And there are approx. 220 000 operation in all...

Can you help me ?
