Upload into an approval queue?

	I would like for new uploads to go into a queue or new album that is visible only to admins. Those photos would be pending approval before they would be visible to the public. This is an attempt to weed out porn and inappropriate content on a family friendly gallery. Is there a quick and easy way to do this? I do not know how to build a module.
