I am using gallery 2, matrix theme. I'm wondering about the "newest image". Newest image is showing up on my album and sub-album pages along with the individual photo page. I would like to remove the "newest image" from ONLY the individual photo page (keeping it on the album and sub-album pages)...is this possible? Thank you for any help.

Moved from the G3 section to the G2 section for customization.

Are you using the New Items module to do this? I don't think there is a setting for this. some specific CSS might be used to hide the stuff you don't want with jquery selectors.

Gallery Admin -> Themes -> Your Theme -> Blocks to show on album pages, Blocks to show on photo pages

Or you can do this on a per album basis Edit Album -> Theme -> Blocks to show on album pages, Blocks to show on photo pages

Forgive me for taking such a long time to reply. When looking at the options under Gallery Admin -> Themes I'm trying to customize the "blocks to show in the sidebar" section. It lets me change the number of photos, which photos, etc. but not which pages I want the sidebar to show. I would like the sidebar on the album page but not the photo page. Is there another suggestion for this edit? Thank you for your help.

remove all blocks from photo pages.
If there are no blocks to show on photo pages the sidebar is hidden. Although this is theme dependent.
