error when rotating a photo

I'm not sure if this is theme based or a problem with gallery itself, but this is the error I received the other night when trying to rotate a photo with the rotate tool within the gallery software:

Then you need to test and reproduce in the the wind theme or tell us how to reproduce in the theme you are using.
