Gallery working really slow only in Chrome and Firefox

I noticed that my galley3 website is working really really slow, but only in Google Chrome and Firefox (of all the browsers I tested). Admin panel also isn't working as it supposed to (only in Chrome and Firefox). Some modules are not working at all, some of them (like editTinyMCE) sometimes shows up, sometimes doesn't show up at all, and when it loads, some buttons are not working properly... When i preview my site in Internet Explorer it works really really fast, also the admin panel works like a charm.. I reinstalled gChrome but nothing changed. I'm running on a really fast dedicated server so that most certainly isn't the problem. I just recently opened my error log from /var/logs/ and I couldn't believe what I saw. This is the first time I ever looked there, but I don't believe it's normal.. The last one has like 400kb, and one of them (a few days ago) had over 1MB. I will attach my last error log so that somebody could take a look at it. I tried to read it and solve the problems, but I just don't understand it.. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem? Thanks to anyone who takes time and effort to help me! Here's the link to my webpage so you can see what I'm talking about..

Sorry to take so long to get back to you. No idea what's going wrong, and when I go to your site I don't see G3 so I'm assuming you took it down? Your logfile indicates that you've got a PHP misconfiguration and has a pointer on instructions for fixing it - have you tried fixing the date.timezone setting?
