[SOLVED] Not is possible upload files of 4500x3000px

Hi, I try in differents resolutions and sizes, files on 1920x1280 upload correctly but not more. I need upload files on 4500x3000px or more for High resolution but get uploading error. Not is size, i try with 4500x3000 and 600kb and also get error 1920x128 upload in differents sizes, no problem (maximum 17mb) Please help me!! thx u! and srry for my english |

I have no problems with my 5D3 at 5760x3840 (24-28mb)
What error messages are you seeing?

at first, i thinking the problem is "size", but the photo with 3800-2500 upload correctly on any size.
The problem is only for photos with size more to 4000px on width, in all sizes

This foto is 4608x3072 width/height and the size is only 1,6mb, the weight is low but no upload, same error:

No understand this problem, i need uploading photos on many pixels

What image toolkit are you using? Admin -> Settings -> Graphics
Don't use GD toolkit as it has to share memory with PHP and is not useful with larger images.
I suspect you host has some limit imposed on this.
Are you using the server add method for larger items?

now uploading correctly, all sizes, all weights
