Gallery3 won't display mp4 videos

FLV videos work fine. However, when I try to play an mp4 video, flowplayer just sits there and has the spinning white circle. This video plays fine using mplayer.

How can I troubleshoot this?

The flash player can only play mp4 encoded w/ .h264 video codec.

Great, I will give that a try.

I feel like Gallery2 had much better video support...
