CAN'T Install Gallery

I am trying to install gallery from Fantastico & after I put in all the info & click install it says:
"The installation can not be completed:

- You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain.

Click on the browser's Back button to fix reported errors."

I must of at 1 time already downloaded this...AS it was probally years ago..
So how do I delete the OLD Script so I can get the correct one on my site???

Or is there someone out there I could pay to have it installed on my site..

I have never seen any on-click installer work properly.
Install G3 manually and you should be fine.

I have tried G3 having a little trouble with it. Do you know of any more info on how to install???
