Thumbnail: Photos and albums thumbnails are not resizing or displying after uploading.

Problem in Gallery 3.0.3 (Hotlanta)...

I am facing problem with photos and albums thumbnails are not resizing or displying after uploading.
While uploading a photo, the dialog box is showing two errors: 2038 or Unable to process this photo (but some time no error), but the photo uploaded completely with its full size.
After uploading it is displaying only the photo name no thumbnail.
I try to upload a photo in new album and in a existing album but the problem is almost same.
There are solutions in gallery forum http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Troubleshooting:Uploading related to these errors, i try few but i failed to solve this problem.

Other error on dialog box while uploding is : Can't find ffmpeg on your system. Movie uploading disabled. Help!

We recently change our hosting sever: 1and1 to Media Temple.

How can i solve this problem?

Please help.

From the error logs that processing of images fails during resize ...

In your site i tried all recommended steps in http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Troubleshooting:Uploading but it did not work.

I see that other have faced this issue: http://gallery.menalto.com/node/104778

Anybody, any guess ?

Could it be with some issue with GD or imagemagick, used to resize ?

Ok the issue was figured out ...

It's a hosting server migration issue...

The G3 DB was imported from the old hosting server to new one.
As per settings stored in DB, the ImageMagick supposed to be used for image processing.
However in the new one the ImageMagick was either not present or if present of different version (probably)

While G3 trying to process image it was failing.

Since it was shown during Upload, it link provided was misleading.
