for some reasons i cannot access the gallery

hi .. all

i have gallery 3 installed before ... now i try to install it again ... installation works fine ... but when i try to access the gallery for the first time i get

" [an error occurred while processing this directive] "

i havent changed anything...

all i did was a fresh install .... thats all

any clue #?

i tried to search the forum for this issue ... with no luck ...
