Those are third party themes that the authors or the community must maintain. It seems they have not done so.
The docs on some themes say that they are in development and others have forum threads where the author has only made one post.
I will try to update them as I find spare time, but the community is not just me, so if others including yourself want to help out it will be appreciated.
