please help. No input file specified. [Solved]

Hi, I've just completed installing gallery3 on my server. The only problem now is that when I click anything in the log in the index.php page, I get the error "No input file specified". Please help.

I've also uploaded the phpinfo file. the link for it is

Also FYI I'm using a Linux server on Godaddy, if this may be creating the problem.

thanks, but now that I've got that working, I have a completely new problem. It says I have no photos and to add some, but after the uploading process is completed, it still says "There aren't any photos here yet! Add some".

I've check the var directory and no thumbnails or images have really been uploaded. Also I've checked the error log and no errors are being reported. They are simply are not uploading and telling me that they were.

I have even tried uploading really small photos and those don't seem to work either.
