cant log in

Hi,

I was trying to set up a "test": use account. I set this up, gave the user account the name "TESTGUEST" and a basic password. I keep trying to log into the site using this account but i can not get in....

any advice?

Any error message displayed? Anything in the logs?

no error message... the text fields just go blank.... I am so nuew to this gallery I did not know there are logs.... where to do find them?

so when you enter the username and then the password, and then click the 'login' button, the fields just go blank? Does it do this with your admin user as well?

no I can get in with admin log in info...weird..
