Comments on item RSS feed not working

I have the RSS module on Gallery 3.0.3.

All the RSS feeds are working except for the one that says "comments on <album/photo>"

The error is

I have tried on a photo with comment, and the album containing the photo.

Yeah, same deal here actually. Some pages shouldn't even have those links on them because I can't even add comments to them. I can't add comments to an album, only individual photos. If an item has no comments, it shouldn't even display the link for them I would think. For now I've gone into the Comment Settings and changed the feed setting to display "New Comments feed only".
