Meta tags for Gallery 3

Where I can put meta description and meta keywords tags? I don't want any module which automaticaly generates tags. I just want to add my own meta tags.

I also want to add revisit after meta tag...

And where I can find <head> or <title> tags to change or add my page title? I don't want my primary album creates page title...
