Gallery 3.0.3 is really slow [expert help needed]

Hi Guys,

I have started using Gallery 3.0.3, but now i feel it is very slow, than the other website i host on same server.

1) If you can visit this site [http://hotcineactress.com]please note down the speed for loading it first time it takes so long.

2) when we click on next or previous image on photo page it take even more longer.

Not sure what is the issue but i am sure something is wrong.

Can any expert here help me to solve this issue it will be really great.

I have tried everything as of now that i can - changed the config file to keep the catche, also use the proxy catche, web browser catche but still no improvement.

1) under one second per page view for me. not slow for me.

the real problem start when we click on previous and next on the photo page...

Disable the modules that are only available on the photo page.

Dave is it slow because of those modules ? i am using below modules on Page

1) navcarousel
2) Facebook Comment
3) Tags
4) Meta description
5) Image-Block

Could you please let me know what do you which one is making problem. [slowing the photo page]

If you see home page loads less than second. only problem with photo page (it takes lots of time)

Try and see as those modules are not used on the album page.

Disable them all to see if it is that then activate one at a time.

Thats great...Dave thank you for your help.

1) navcarousel this module is the culprit for slowing my photo page..

Now it is very fast...after i removed the above module...

Thanks once again..i will not be using the above module now.
