Upgrader is not working

I have followed now 2 times followed the upgrade instructions from here http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:User_guide:Gallery3:Installing_and_upgrading#Upgrading to update from 3.02 to 3.03.
The last thing is to start the upgrader, when the page opens it says: Ready, your gallery is up to date.
When I restart my qnap ts119 it says still that I have to upgrade to 3.03.
I spend 2 evenings on it and get a bit tired of it.
Anyone an idea.

Is there really no-one who recognize this.
