Localization files for G3

Hi everyone, I'm new user for G3. I can't find the localization files for G3 when I was trying to replace some translation. Can annyone help? Thanks a lot. |

Thanks.
But some pages like registering welcome information are opened only in user mode(when a user log in),but I can not open translation mode when i log in as a user. What can I do in this case? Hope I've explained the situation clearly

What text do you want to translate?
The registration text I can see via the UI:

Did you update the translation after you installed the module?

I made i mistake
I should use First but not first. Thanks for your kindly help~
