Upgrade 3.0.2 -> 3/0.3

I downloaded the 3.0.3 package, uploaded it to the server, moved the var/themes/modules folders from existing gallery3 into the newly uploaded gallery3 folder, ran upgrader. It is still saying 3.0.2 in the backend. Did I do something wrong? |

By 'backend', do you mean the dashboard?

i tried it again and after clicking "UPGRADE ALL", the screen flashes briefly and goes right back to where it was originally.
