Frames are evil, don't use them.
Try actually hosting the content for your gallery on the server that is serving up gallery.forevermomentspa.com

Unfortunately I can't host the gallery and the main site on the same server. The main site is a Weebly website that a friend/client already had prior to me setting up gallery for them. They don't want to give up their Weebly site but they liked the idea of a free way that people can view and purchase their photos.
Frames??? Where do you see frames? I integrated the Weebly template into gallery using HTML & CSS.
I haven't tried chrome. To see the problems that I am having with the Basket module when using gallery.forevermoments see http://gallery.menalto.com/node/90636?page=4 and look for the post dated 2011-08-24.

Session data is keyed to the browser and server. I suspect that is the reason why you get 'forbidden' errors in access.php.
I'm not going to dig though the code to see where the session data is so you can remove it to fix this unusual case.
You can if you wish but it might be easier to move the site and have the proceeds of one photo pay for the hosting each month.

And your site is hosted on a different server as well.
If they want free hosting from you, why not just have them change their DNS records and point the A name record for gallery.forevermementspa.com to your 50.22.11.10 address and make sure that Apache's vhost settings accept requests for that site?

Ahh, I see now. Yes, gallery.forevermoments.com is a frames page. I did not realize this before. I put in a tech request with Weebly to have a subdomain named "gallery" point to http://50.22.11.10/~foreverm/gallery and this is the result. They just made a frames page under a directory name "gallery" and put a frames page in it that loads the gallery I setup from a different location. (I know that I am stating the obvious but there will be someone who will read this post that wouldn't be able to make sense of it without all of the details.)
So, I will put in another tech request with them and this times specifically ask that they point the A name record for gallery.forevermementspa.com to 50.22.11.10/~foreverm/gallery.
If this doesn't resolve the issues then I'll probably just scrap the use of the subdomain all together and link directly to http://50.22.11.10/~foreverm/gallery. Paying for hosting is not the issue here. The site owner actually pays for their Weebly site. (It's premium or Pro account, something like that.) I have offered to setup an account for them with my hosting company for free (I have a reseller account) and create a Joomla site but they simply like Weebly. They are comfortable with it and know how to make changes when necessary.
So whatever the end solution is it will probably still involve the Weebly site.

Update: I have never actually logged into my friend's Weebly account before. I sent an email to support. It looks as though if I log into my friends account I can set and A name record myself. If interested, see: http://kb.weebly.com/domain-settings.html.

It doesn't work exactly like that you need to point the A record to 50.22.11.10 and then on your server there how you get gallery.forevermoments.com to show up there depends on how you are setup. If you have root access you need to create a new vhost record for Apache. If this is some other host you use, you need to create a new domain for gallery.forevermoments.com on that server, probably through their control panel.

Hello
I have installed the basket module on Gallery 3. I have the site running on a sub-domain. When the checkout button is pressed the site stalls and does nothing. It does not send you to paypal. Any Advice on how to remedy this issue??
