Hi All,
When I login as site admin the following error below shown: All albums can be viewed normally and works fine.
I have installed Gallery 2 for 5+ years and have not upgrade anything. The last time accessing site admin was few months ago.
The only thing I remember was when I asked my server's provider to restore some of mysql files but it was not related to Gallery 2 database.
Any feedback and assistance will be highly appreciated

First off, your gallery version is outdated.
However, post a link to your site.
In the interim, clear all cookies in your browser and try again.

I realised its outdated but so far it works fine.

The need to update software is not driven by whether it works fine or not but that bugs, or more importantly, security holes have been fixed. Anyway, that is your decision ... just don't complain if you ever get hacked.
As for the collision, do you run the site embedded in Joomla or similar?
I can see you run some form of CMS but couldn't ID a link to the gallery from the main page.
If you do, try loging in directly in G2 rather than through the CMS.

Your website is categorized by Websense as "Phishing and Other Frauds"
That may or may not be something you want to investigate. If you're site has been hacked that could potentially be causing the other issues you're having.

Dayo and nivekiam, thank you for your comments and advice
I just noticed that my g2data folder is unprotected and web accessible it may have been hacked.
I have no time to fix it now - for the time being I've just make my gallery2 folder including g2data folder password protected - only my members with password can view album. It's not convenience but it's more important to stop the hacker.
Regarding CMS I am using the "traditional" Greymatter using perl script.
I will update to gallery 2.3.1 but not version 3 because my server does not have some of the minimum requirements.
Actually I have installed Gallery 2.3 but still don't have time to move all albums and themes from my gallery 2.1.

Web accessible or not, that's not the reason why your site has been hacked
It the CMS software you're using, 2nd hit on google dug this up:
