Multisite install failing due to permissions issue - ideas?

Hi,

I have 2 multisite installations of Gallery 2 which were working great until the server I hosted with made changes to their system. Now I get the following when I try to go the gallery.

These galleries are all hosted under one account on a server with the main code base in the easywebm account and briggs being one of the multi sites. The infomation below is from the system info for the Easywebmarketing install which is working fine which makes me think that this is a permission issue.
