Gallery2 and Windows Live plug-in error

I have used coppermine for years, and I hated how much time it too for me to upload my photos up to my FTP, then batch them in coppermine's admin. a friend of mine suggested Gallery2 because now that I have win7 I have the ability to use plug-ins to upload from there.
so I installed Gallery, installed the plug in and now I am getting a repeat error (pasted below) I would really love for this to work as it would be much more effective that coppermine, but I just can't seem to get it too. I have looked at several of the FAQs on how to repair the error and none of them have worked, or I am missing the one to repair this specific issue:
