Alright, I have officially begun work on the "G3 for Android" (not the final name. Not really important now). I pretty much have the rough mock up of the UI and the UI flow (diagram) and I'll probably post that stuff in the next day or so. I'm super pumped for this app (read up here for more background info) and it should be done by the first week or so of May (that's when my class ends). I plan to support this app (within my technical means) past May and hopefully this will become a thriving Android app! If you people have any suggestions for the app, feel free to post 'em here! |

You have propably already thought of these, but photo uploading would be my first priority and the choice of album when uploading. Those would make me happy

Hello,
First of all congratulations for providing the community a new android app for gallery.
Actually, regalandroid is open source (GPL v3) and I'd be really happy to welcome new developers.
Kuermele5, you can have a look at my Java implementation for the G3 Rest API :
https://github.com/anthonydahanne/ReGalAndroid/tree/master/g3-java-client
it is unit tested and the backbone of ReGalAndroid, so it may be worth a look.
I hope you great success in your app; hoping you'll also choose the open source path.
I'm impatient to try it !
Regards
Anthony
PS : you're welcome any time to contribute to ReGalAndroid ; just saying ;-)
