rewrite albums from gallery 1 to link to gallery 2 version, but not all...

Hello all

I have a gallery running version 1, and a new one running version 2.

Due to the fact I have a picture of the month contest that runs on version 1, and can't do it on version 2(as it lacks a voting option), I would like to have everything link to gallery 2, EXCEPT for the Photograph of the Month albums.

Is there any way to do this?

I've tried the rewrite steps, but it sends everything, and if the albums haven't been imported, there is a PAGE NOT FOUND error.

No way I know of. You're going to have to come up with some of your own custom rewrite rules for that.

well, is there a way then to redirect only certain albums and their subalbums?
I've tried putting a htaccess file in the album directories but that doesn't work.

Not with general rewrite rules. You could probably create a redirect in htaccess for each specific album you want to do, maybe.
